Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old

When I initially commented I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new
comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I receive 4 emails with the
same comment. There has to be a means you are able to remove me
